Proof that progress beats perfection

I'm proud to have completed my Project Management Certificate through Coursera.

If there's one thing this journey taught me, it's that growth doesn't happen only when conditions are perfect. Sometimes it happens while you're juggling work, family, studies, and everything else life throws your way.

For anyone in the AWIT community wondering whether they're moving fast enough: don't compare your chapter to someone else's highlight reel. Keep showing up. Small, consistent actions eventually lead to big accomplishments.

Today it's a certificate. Tomorrow it's the next goal.
